Beautiful Tutto Piccolo dress suitable for Autumn / Winter.
Made in soft cotton twill it has a pretty grey and blue windmill pattern print. There are ruffles on the chest, back and shoulders with grey lace trim and a matching rosette with a yellow polka dot bow on the front.
